Lavish Hospitality was founded with the vision of bringing innovation to the hospitality and property fields, both in Greece and internationally. With expertise in new developments and property renovation, we deliver targeted solutions that enhance and elevate the commercial value of each project.

OUR TEAM
Emmanuel Gialas

Emmanuel is a C-level executive with 31 years of high-responsibility experience, including roles such as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, Board Member of SETE (Greek Tourism Confederation), Member of the External Advisory Board at the University of the Aegean, and Project Director for the renovation and opening of new hotels, whether branded or independent.
His experience encompasses managing operations for leading hotel groups in Greece, including city and resort properties rated 4* and 5*, as well as establishing and developing the Hospitality Department of a major multinational certification company in Greece.
He is skilled in managing complex daily business operations, setting strategic policies that enhance operational efficiency, coordinating staff to create productive working environments, and designing advanced business process improvement plans and profit analysis reporting systems to optimize procedures, business performance, and bottom-line profits.
Emmanuel holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business, Greece (formerly ASOEE), an MBA from the University of Wales, Cardiff Business School, and an MSc in Hotel Operations from the Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland. Additionally, he was a champion and member of the Greek National Athletics Team, competing in 100m, 200m, and 4x100m relay.
Degia Andrianidou

Degia holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations and Development from the University of Thrace (D.U.Th), Greece.. Over the past four years, she has played an integral role at DKG Development, developing a strong familiarity with the organization’s operations, its sector, and the broader economic landscape.
She is widely recognized for her originality, strategic mindset, and leadership capabilities. Her academic background and sharp business insights enable her to consistently contribute to the company’s financial performance.
In her current role as an Accounting Senior Associate, Degia oversees the achievement of financial objectives while conducting comprehensive business analyses. Her responsibilities encompass both qualitative assessments—such as evaluating industry conditions and company dynamics—and quantitative evaluations that involve in-depth interpretation of financial data.
Driven by passion and purpose, Degia is committed to delivering value through fresh ideas and measurable results. Her innovative thinking and refined commercial awareness distinguish her as a key contributor to the company’s success.
Christos Denaxas

Results-oriented Technical Director poised to leverage extensive high-end project management and deep industry knowledge to drive business growth as Business Development Director at Lavish Hospitality.
Bringing a proven track record of successfully completing high-end construction and renovation projects on time and within budget, including those relevant to luxury accommodations.
Extensive experience across projects in three different countries has cultivated a strong background in mechanical applications and a comprehensive understanding of end-user needs, including preferences for high-end amenities and seamless service delivery for international tenants and operational requirements, coupled with specific knowledge of construction and operational legislation relevant to Furnished Rental Rooms and Apartments, notably Serviced Apartments (EEDD – Greece).
His deep technical understanding allows me to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to potential clients and partners, ensuring alignment on project feasibility and quality standards.
Established professional with hands-on experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management, encompassing mechanical, electrical, and various building services essential for premium living spaces and hospitality environments.
Demonstrated aptitude in tender evaluation, bid management, budget formulation, and cost estimation, ensuring value and quality in high-standard property development and management.
Proven ability in identifying and securing high-performance contractor teams and cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, crucial for fostering successful partnerships within the luxury property sector.
